With almost 20 years in the early education field, 15 of those as a director/child care owner I know just how much staffing can be a challenge. Over my career, I’ve spent thousands of hours recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, rearranging because of call-offs, vacations, and more. After graduating from The Ohio State University, I had the opportunity to work in a temporary staffing company. As I visited businesses to discuss their staffing needs, it was easy to see that staffing qualified, trained, reliable people is a struggle.
